Dolce Domenica (Sweet Sunday) is Olive’s signature Italian-inspired Sunday experience — a beautiful morning of coffee, freshly baked pastries and handmade sweets in the heart of Ormiston.

Located in the Redlands, Olive transforms Sundays into a celebration of all things sweet. From 6:30am to 11:00am, we serve specialty coffee and a rotating selection of artisan baked goods made fresh in-house.

Inspired by traditional Italian Sunday culture — where families gather for coffee and something sweet — Dolce Domenica is our way of bringing a little bit of Italy to the Redlands.

On Sundays, we focus exclusively on:

• Freshly baked cinnamon scrolls (our famous weekend favourite)
• Italian-style croissants
• Danish pastries
• Filled doughnuts
• House-made pastries inspired by Puglia
• Beautiful specialty coffee and iced drinks

We do not offer our regular cooked breakfast menu on Sundays (with exception to Seasonal Holidays; Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day), allowing our kitchen to focus entirely on handcrafted baked goods and quality coffee.
